MEET THE TEAM

We are wedding planners based in Venice, born from a love of beautiful weddings.
We mainly organise weddings in our beloved city but we are quite happy to travel up and down Italy if you find the right couple to work with!
After having attended a few weddings of  foreigners who arrived stressed at the celebrations, we believe our help can make a difference. We believe our straightforward approach and perfect knowledge of the Italian culture will give you peace of mind: you do not have to think about the validity of the certificate of non-impediment or translations; you do not have to be stressed to find an accomodation for your guests in Venice or to coordinate their transportation to the airport.

SYLVIE – Founder

I’m French and moved to Italy more than 10 years ago to follow my love! I travelled up and down the country and I’ve always been intrigued but its treasures – his culture, food and people. I completed my university degree in foreign languages and after that I started to work within procurement office of corporations.

I’ve thus spent some 10 years working as head of purchasing with specific competences on business travel management and corporate services, developing excellent negotiation skills and deep knowledge of vendors contract management.
I love my husband, my daughter and son as well as cinema and reading!

STEFANIA – Founder

I’m Italian but I’ve been living in the UK for the last ten years. I studied marketing and communication studies in Padova.

I started my career in the event industry working for different international organisations. I’m in love with my country and I always find a reason to be back and discover new and hidden treasures around Italy.

With my couples I always try to make their wedding a true cultural experience, giving them the opportunity to ‘live’ the authentic Italian style either in Venice or in a countryside village. I love interior design and vintage memorabilia, cats and wisteria flowers.

GABRIELLA – Wedding Planner

With a huge passion for traveling I lived in Berlin, Munich, Budapest and Dublin, where I had the opportunity to share knowledge and experience with people from different cultures.

Right after my graduation in Local Development and International Relations I worked for a non-profit organization, where I focused on events organization and on customer service.

LUCIA – WEDDING PLANNER

I have a background in product and graphic design. I’m an Italian art director and graphic designer.

After my graduation I moved to New York where I lived for a couple of years working for different agency.

Driven by the love for design and styling, I help couples to create unique and personalized weddings, providing fresh and creative ideas.
